The Twister Story

The elevator pitch for Twister is when metal and plastic containers are compressed flatter, they take up less space. When they take less space, more materials will fit in bins, conveyers, bunkers and trucks. More materials flow more easily and quickly through balers, causing less wear and tear. This all results in a reduction in labor and various expenses across the board.

Twister is an auger compaction device developed for the recycling industry by a national leader in recycling and waste disposal machinery. Twister is quite to operate. Twister has a very small foot print. Twister offers power efficiency and versatility. This means Twister can be operated in a relatively small, indoor space usually with very little power modification, if any. Twister has only a few moving parts and requires little maintenance. Twister Enterprises, Inc. is the sole distributor of Komar Industries Electronic Product Compaction machines including “Twisters” EPC 5, EPC 7 and EPC 20.

While Twister is a robust workhorse, it is not expensive to purchase or lease and to operate.
